Upgrading Pre order edition.

So seeing as i pre ordered through the web-sight when the game first became available i cant contact one of the retailers to upgrade my current edition to ghost which i DESPERATELY want to upgrade to. Does anyone know who or how to contact someone to upgrade it? Again i bought it before it was available through game stop or Amazon, it was through the Bungie/ Destiny web-sight.
