My weapon
We spend alot of time discussing our characters and who they might be in destiny but one of the best thing in destiny seems to be the uniquness of the weapons. So my question to you is if you could design your dream weapon what would it be.

[b]Thunder Struck[/b] [i]Because lightning always strikes twice[/i] A double-barreled shotgun that fires electrically charged pellets. As the projectiles travel through the air electricity constantly arcs between them creating a sort of net that stuns the unlucky target or kills them. Fires both barrels with a single trigger pull and can only hold the two shots. Matte blue metal with white bolts of lightning artfully etched and painted on the sides.

Since I want to play as a Titan, I'd want a Heavy machine gun. Heavy, as in firing specially designed 14mm Depleted Uranium rounds. It would have a rounded body shape, and the kind of trigger/handle set up that you see on the miniguns that people carry. (Upwards facing handle, trigger on the top on the index finger.) At the front, it would have three, very large rotating barrels, and at the beginning of these barrels, would be the same kind of holes that you would see in a browning .30 cal from World War 2. The end of these barrels would have the same triangular fitting that is on the warthog machine gun from Halo. It would have a strap made of brown leather-like material that you would sling over your shoulder in order to help you carry it. You would put one hand on the handle, and the other on a grip that stuck out horizontally, and then vertically, on the left side of the gun. The rounds would fire out of the bottom barrel, rather than the top, so it had a more centralized- fire kind of feel. Basically, just a large caliber, multi-spinning-barrel gun with a slow firate rate, but devestating power.

A gun that whenever fired instead of making a normal sound you just hear cabooses voice say "pew pew" and it would shoot bullets that didn't hit they just bounced and as they bounced you hear in the distance "THIS IS THE WORST GUN EVER."

A Black and orange Pulse Rifle called the X-37. It Has a 4X zoom scope and Electric Rounds, And a Dumbed-down Rocket launcher Attachment under the Barrel. Almost forgot: it has a burst-fire mode.

Black attachments, the attachments being; extended magazines, silencer, laser sight and a red dot sight with a yellow tinted lens and a blue (highly impractical) lighting bolt shaped reticle. Laser based sniper rifle that is extremely powerful enough to kill most fallen or even most cabal with one shot. Three rounds per mag and a charge of 2 seconds to prevent it from being too over powered. My loadout on a average basis will be revolver, sniper (a weak one with high cap.), and either a sword (if there are melee weapons) or a very high powered rifle.

2 RepliesSemi-auto rifle with decent range. Something halfway between a rifle and a sniper rifle. A good example would be the DMR in Reach or Halo 4. Exploding rounds would be nice too, but I won't get greedy.

My dream weapon is an incredibly versatile shotgun. It would be a 7 gauge smootbore with automatic and pump-action fire modes. It would have an integral tube magazine below the barrel, but also accept box magazines below the action. Two lasers, one for close combat, and one for range finding. The stock would telescope, and have a recoil pad. The real versatility would come from different specialized ammunition: Buckshot: space age buckshot to ensure maximum destruction to "soft" targets at close range. Slug: a more precise shot for breaching and mid range direct fire Incendiary: Some things need to burn. Frag-7: Ammunition that can be programmed to airburst at ranges detected by the laser, this would allow me to attack over hills, cover, and around corners Gyrojet rockets: for long-range encounters, gyrojet self-stabilizing ammuntion allows me to engage distant foes by turning my shotgun into a small rocket launcher. Using the gyrojets would be aided by the addition of a small scope, and keeping track of ammuntion loaded would be aided by a holographic interface displaying ammuntion in each magazine.
