Grimoire data incomplete

I was looking to pull overall raid completions from Grimoire cards - assuming they populated correctly. Now when receiving the response all the stats are 0. I was wondering if anyone knows where the grimoire card stats are populated from? the only other solution I've discovered is pulling all three characters and looking up the stats and manually summing them. Anyone have a hint for me?
