Dont believe in Karma, i have a small story for you...

Soo, yea, never been about karma much. But it hit hard. Ive been at the same company 7 years. My old boss had a breakdown a 1-1/2 into my stay here. And i soon found out why. My boss is an asshole, to an epic level. I was expected to go from 1.5 years experience, to a comparable level(IE 20 yrs) in no time. It was hard to say the least. Constant insults, ranting, double standards. The man just acted like a piece of shit. He was like this with everyone, expecting the world out of people, with double the work load, and no raises. He made 40k a year in bonuses on top of his salary, and would only give 100$ at christmas to people. He would blame all the issues on others, and take all the credit for good things. I could go on and on, but here is where karma comes in. His usual rant the other week, wanting the work level of someone in my same position, making 4x times the amount with 3 times the experience, and put me on notice due to my communication issues, its funny how he has this problem with everyone. Like usual i get pissed, and walk it off. Next day, a random phone number shows up on the phone, i answer, and its the owner of the company. He asks a few questions, then informs me that my boss is being demoted, and ill no longer have to answer to him, but it will be a little while before they do it because they need to find a replacement. At the same time asshole boss is hiring a new estimator, when talking to the owners, they told him to buy the stuff for two, he asked why, and they told him they are hiring someone else, little did he know he was the new guy. On top of that, he is losing his truck due to a DUI he tried to hide, his bonus checks, cut in pay, his gas card. All at the same time. I could file a lawsuit, but right now, all he has to do is look at me wrong, and he is fired. Im enjoying this, and the shitstorm that is slowly approaching. on top of this, im getting two raises, new title, and they are trying to convince me to take a truck. Karma is a bitch, or awesome, just depending on where you are standing i guess. Share your stories of karma.
