Possible level ranges for missions and strikes

Some of us were chatting about the new weapons. I haven't found what level those new sexy weapons (or armor) might be, but all the pics of the exclusive strikezone Dust Palace, on Mars, has the pictured trio wearing the new gear. I was trying to find what level missions were on Mars, or what Dust Palace might be set for. I found this page on IGN. It says Dust Palace is level 18. I was figuring those sweet exotic weapons would probably be near level 20. Looks like that's a good bet. Still don't know if that stuff is unlocked, bought, dropped, etc. Being exotics and mostly pictured on Mars, I'd put my money on Dust Palace rewards. Just blind guessing at this point though. :)
