I'll be honest I am overweight and it is mu fault. I'm not extremely overweight. If I lose 20 more pounds I'll be at my healthy weight. I'm on a diet and have lost over 70 pounds. However the only way I can lose weight is by starving myself. I tried doing it healthy and it didn't work. I had to go to the hospital because I didn't have enough nutrients in me. I lost my -blam!-ing mind when I was a kid and ate everything in my dam sight. So now I'm paying the price.
