still having trouble with the error code "oyster". its been three days...

I tried all the suggested fixes. I reset my console, power cycled my router, and even uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times... I've waited very very patiently for the issue to be resolved I even went to the bungie twitter which stated that the issue WAS resolved. and yet I can only make it to 14% and receive the same oyster error code. its very frustrating to pay for something and be the only one NOT to be able to enjoy it.

  • Your not the only one dealing with this issue. After several wasp error codes I received oyster right after wards. This is beyond frustrating.

    • Are you downloading the updates over wifi? Can you try to hardline the connection, even temporarily while downloading the patch? If you are playing on an Xbox One, go to your settings, then network, then Detailed network statistics. It will check your connection and give you some speed results. What are your MTU/Download speed/Packet loss/Latency results? Please list them out!
