Did you check with Tess? Tess has the Sparrow, not the Postmaster.

Yep, i checked with Tess as well.

Have you checked with all three characters? For instance, I have some special emblems that only appear in Tess' inventory on my Titan.

I only have 2 characters, however the Hunter is what i use the most. I haven't checked on my Warlock class, i'll have to check that when i get home.
