No, they are slow and clunky. If you are used to hunters, you won't like them. I tried to play as mine last night and I couldn't play with him because he was so slow

I have a 30 titan, 20 hunter, 12 warlock and its really a pain to play the titan after the other two because it feels like a 500lb bolder.
