Both sides have their strengths and weaknesses. In many contests it would be a close win. Others, it would be a landslide victory. Women couldn't win a contest of not bleeding for a month. Men could never win a pregnancy contest. It's simple really.

Actually, women could win a contest of not bleeding for a month. Birth control can prevent a period for up to 3 months (there's an injection form), although spotting may occur.
