Don't run and gun. After sniping one or two victims change position as they will come for you. Try to just stay near one captured zone and snipe single targets. If more than one enemy is coming just run somewhere else, preferably where you're teammates are. Some maps just suck for this bounty. And I know this sounds like an a-hole but if your team is bad don't try to help them loose a little less, leave! I did it with a void rocket launcher (Truth).

Finished this part of the bounty today. 1. Play Control. (I used a fusion rifle and an MG). 2. DON'T just run around. Stalk and pay close attention to your radar. 3. Hang around one of the control points and try to ambush people. (Flank, flank, flank!) 4. Heavy Ammo can save a terrible game or make a good one great. 5. If someone gets the jump on you, RUN AWAY. Most of the time, players will chase you. You'll be ready this time. This bounty made me a better PvP player. Good luck!
