Girls and guys are = overall but in certain situations ones better, last person on earth is better if its a girl as they can just go to a sperm bank, guys for a situation where extremely high amounts of strength is needed, testosterone ftw, girls when you need a faster/healthy person, guys for.... Nope don't really have any more things for the biological facts.

Since when have women been faster? Compare Usain Bolt or Mo (spelling?) Farrah to any female short or long distance runner. Men win when it comes to speed.

No, saying that one woman who has had years of training could beat some overweight men proves nothing. A man in peak physical condition is stronger, faster and has more endurance than a woman in peak physical condition. That's not to say that men are better people, just that they are built for fighting.
