i think this would be a challenge
if you kill the gatekeeper he will drop the chalice but only one person could use it after that it disappear for the rest of the game so you gotta be choosy who you want to get their health back!

I like the idea of dropping the chalice despawning the sword for that run so you have to choose whether to dps or heal up. Next sword drop the chalice will despawn
