Warlocks have 2 exotic helms that replenish health, Apothesis Veil and Light Beyond Nemesis. Also have Life Steal with Voidwalker. Believe other characters have exotics that replenish health with orb pick up.

That would be fine and dandy if Bungie increased the CE armor skills that drop orbs on crit kills and grenade kills. As is, I can do the hive flood mission on the moon and crit kill 30+ enemies per run and will get 2-3 orbs on a regular basis (so im giving it a 10% chance). If they gave it even a 25% chance we could have a more regular source of orbs.
