Bad JuJu was a scout rifle. Keep the exotic perks. Change the stats a bit, better range and impact, less stability and ROF. Or maybe even have the option to choose between burst or single fire mode!? I mean, it is already a scout rifle model, with the skull and what not on it. I think Toland the Shattered would approve. Discuss...
