It's ridiculous. No matchmaking, no trading, no private lobbies, no weapon crafting, the bounties never change, no large scale public events etc etc
Hopefully over time some of this stuff gets put into the game

Dont worry though, we will give you a website which requires you to own something besides your console to access so that you can pathetically try to search and find groups!
