whats the point of an exotic weapon then, having a higher damage should be one of the perks.

Crazy tracking and proximity.. no other rocket has BOTH.. its my fav PVP rocket launcher... look and ice breaker.. Unlimited ammo.. Thorn Poison dmg, TLW auto handcannon.. and gjallahorn do i even need to say anything about that launcher.

ok so they got an effect but it dont make them that great and with how limiting they are there are Legendary items that preform just as good if not better then exotics. also as its been stated long ago exotics dont feel exotic but as a special colored legendary with huge restrictions on it.

Raid weapons are the only guns i find More useful than some exotics.. please tell me a Sniper that comes close to being useful as Ice breaker? or a rocket launcher more OP than Gjallarhorn, yes some people like myself substitute these guns only because we cant hold 3 exotics.. words from Bungie since Release.. back in september Exotic Weapons: Exotic Weapons are designed to look, feel and sound overpowered, but to not actually break the game. We hope these weapons challenge the way players think about their loadouts and expect their idiosyncrasies to sometimes be a little frustrating. We find ourselves wanting to collect them all and hope players feel the same way.

Black hammer is a great sniper rifle and only Legendary. Hazen Vengence is a great rocket launcher and only Legendary. Murmur and Foil are in my opinion the best Fusion rifles in the game. Dogooder, Cryptic Dragon, Atheon's Epilogue, Vision of Confluence, Shadow Price, and Up for Anything all primary weapons that the Exotics dont compare to (Serious slower fire rate killed the gun, Red Death and Bad Juju both being a pulse rifle and their small clip size ruined them, Media Multi Tool dont even start with this joke gun, and i could go on) the only Exotics that are worth having as weapons are 1. Gjallarhorn 2. IceBreaker the armor is nice and do feel special compared to most other armor but should have a higher light then the legendary raid gear but this also goes along the lines of all Exotics being glorified Legendary items

Fatebringer, VOC, Black hammer, ,Hazen Vengence, Corrective Measure are all superb Raid weapons.. you completely missed Bungies statement.. Exotics aren't meant to break the game.. and believe me most Exotics are used mostly for PVP
