I like the concept but 1000 glimmer is way to cheap, especially since it shares between characters and you can just farm it on a higher lvl one. You should try coins or motes. Things people want to think twice before spending.

10 coins or 50 motes? Extreme but you only have 3 characters so it'd be to op if you didn't make it hard as can be for easy leveling

50 motes may be too much considering you get 1 per legitimate lvl up. How about 20-25 motes?

I get them all the time from blue engram's lol but also consider their value compared to coins and the rate which you can get motes are way higher
