Why are so many people butthurt? *PLEASE READ*
Xur sells a decent gun that most everyone wants once in a while, and then everyone else posts about how stretched their b-holes are because now people have something they have. I'm just curious as to why this is?
The same thing happens when someone decides to cheese a raid, as opposed to playing it out. People throw so much hate at people who decide to raid the (sometimes) easier way. Put in perspective, the people who hate others for cheesing are practically the same as the people who hate others for being gay. It has zero effect on your life whether someone else cheeses a raid (or decides to be gay), yet you dislike them? If you really don't like people who cheese the raids, here's a good way to back at them; [i]play with people who don't cheese.[/i]
If we could get these data-waste posts off of the forums and actually play this game together as a community, as opposed to being a community somewhat divided, maybe we'd have a better time playing the game than we are right now.
I could be wrong and maybe it's "Destiny" for people to complain from now until forever about the game that they're still playing, although they have so much to complain about...but maybe I'm right.

2 RepliesPeople that don't feel particularly special in real life probably seek to feel special in a game like this and when you take something that made them feel a bit special and make it kind of almost ordinary - they feel slighted. It is simple psychology. If everybody p laying Destiny had one goal in mind - that being banding together as a cohesive community - it would look very different. It won't happen because of some of the basics in human behavior and ego driven itineraries. Me, I just play this game and it is just a game at the end of it. But oh what a glorious game it is that even those that really feel personally destroyed, lol by Bungie can't stop playing it. I play it to have fun mostly with others. I will use my Xur bought guns and have fun. To me there isn't a difference in Xur selling me the IB I bought yesterday and my MIDA I bought some weeks ago. I may annoy people in Public Events by using it almost all the time so I can get used to it and to upgrade it. Sorry for that. I do need to max it out fast as possible so I can have some real fun with it in strikes and raids. Boy oh boy what a beast it is. I love my IB and am so very grateful that often cur like little Xur guy. Now if only he would sell G-Horn - I would give him a hug and a kiss for being so nice to me, lol.
