I looked for this a little bit, but couldn't find it. Does anyone have a better description of its location, or a video? Is it there during Patrol, or only during the actual Vault of Glass?

When you start VOG, go to the sync plate on the upper platform and on the right. There should be an opening that you can go through in the big wall of pillars next to you, and once yore out, go to the right and it'll be somewhere there

Go towards vog door, past the furthest sink plate and explore the back side of the platform. Its very easy to see from the grouns too
