They can't ban shit because it's bungie's own fault for leaving all these vulnerabilities in the game.....

That is not true. Your right they probably won't ban, however that is a common misconception that a lot of people have. They do have the authority to ban you since it go's against there CoC. Also lets take Microsoft for example they had a flaw in there 360 console that allowed you to modify the coding aka JTAG/RGH! Are you saying they shouldn't console ban those consoles(even thought you can unban it with KV) because it's MS fault that it's possible to modify?

Well doing recoveries to give people al camos, titles, and max rank did not hurt anyone either but they got banned.

We pay for the game with our hard earned money, and if there is an exploit in that said game who are they to ban us for using an exploit that they left in the game? I'm not saying they shouldn't fix it because I am all for patches, but banning someone for it? I just don't see that as fair

Well I agree, but all I'm saying is that they shouldn't be surprised/mad people are doing these cheeses because 1) the ability to cheese shouldn't have been in the game in the first place and 2) there need to be other ways to get radiant materials/fixing the leveling system altogether
