That's kind of messed up that you require level 32 and a 20 k/d. You know there are people out there that are just as smart and know the encounters without being quite as skilled, right? I have played VoG to death and understand every aspect of crotas end. You would really exclude someone because I can't kill as much as you or have played it as many times as you? Let me tell you, 50 completions vs 100 completions means nothing. You don't learn more new stuff after you have done it 59 times. This sounds more like an elitist group thing than truly wanting to hep others.

Op only has 99 completions. He can't be in his own group. That sucks.
-
Lol! Good catch!

50 completions vs. 100 completions 100: Preventing Wipes, because I've learned way more than there is too know about raiding. I do not need a stop watch. I do not need YouTube videos. All of my knowledge is first hand experience. Not "hand-me-downs" from videos. I've learned to raid from myself therefore I know more than your YouTube videos. Perhaps. 50: Unable to take command. Unable to adapt when the game glitches out. Unable to prevent wipes 70% of the time. Not knowing the timings like the back of your hand. Must I go on?

Ok I know I don't want to be a part of your group anyway. That is the stupidest thing I have heard in my life. Here is a story to prove you wrong: Atheon hard, 3 new players, 3 experienced (including me). All 6 players get 1 rotation. 2 die while 3 of us are in portal. Make it out for second rotation, 3rd new guy dies. We are about to wipe. I adapted and used warlock self rez to die and come back to life to avoid a wipe. The 2 inside made it out and we downed him. But you are right, I am just a stupid noob who can't do shit it the raid. I know this isn't a super pro move but I saved the entire fight by thinking on my feet. And not to mention I have lead at least 20 new players through already and every single one thanked me for my thoroughness and patience with them. -blam!- you and your egotistical shit.
-
Rofl u used self Rez which mean u suck.... Not that u adapted... Wow how crazy r u
-
Lol you are so right. I suck so bad I helped a team 3 man the last part of atheon. I will never play again though cause suck. Thank you for being so enlightening to my noobishness.
-
Keep playing u must need it
-
Well said my man
-
You died over and over right? Maybe you should have explained the strategy before sending beginners into the unknown. That could have prevented most of your wipes perhaps. If you want to help others you must take command. If you take command you must make everything clear even if that means repeating everything 10 times. You were not effective therefore you died and died and died and died until you got lucky.
-
No all new people will die some. They knew exactly what to do. Don't be stupid and assume everyone can do it every time without dying just because they know what to expect. I am done arguing with you. May the people who are desperate enough to ask for your help quickly see how elitist you sound and leave you.
-
I don't believe you because your grammar and spelling are bad.
-
I think you are over stating the learning curve here...
-
Edited by Frost Inbound: 1/14/2015 5:41:18 PMI'm not giving a lesson. I'm here to help you complete your raids. I'm not here to teach you.
-
Im not asking to be taught. I'm saying there isn't that big of a learning curve in the raids (seriously, the mechanics are straight forward and the behavior is super predictable). If there was really that huge a difference in your personal performance on your 50th raid versus your 100th, I think you are a very, very slow learner.
-
*facepalm* I have maybe 20 completions and can easily lead a raid group.
-
Congrats. How many times you wiped??
-
Edited by AristonSparta: 1/14/2015 5:44:14 PMWiping, I couldn't tell ya. Many groups need to wipe for dumb reasons, or restarts. You trying to do it once through on a single life is fine, but realize not many do it that way. Not doing it your way doesn't make players any less better.
-
Lol I believe this guy could lead a group. It's an incremental increase to knowledge with all the extra experience... The learning curve flattens out at the top
-
With my 2700 grimoire I would hope I can =)
-
Lol :) yeah jeez no experience there
-
You can't because you need to have 100+ completions. And if you have 150+ you can be a grand master. He forgot to mention you need to be a REAL 32 with no cheese. lol
-
Oh right, the requirements. I forgot. I would also have to give up any serious relationships I may have, as they would get in the way of raiding. No pets either. They require attention, which would detract from raiding.
-
Yes, I think that's all!
