wait a second, can you do remote play if, let's say your ps4 is in your house and you are at a friends house or somewhere else!!?
I thought you had to have both connected to the same wifi or something, if you tell me you can. I'm buying it right now! and how does it work though? I'm not to much of a tech guy.

You can remote play from anywhere in the world as long as your interwebs is good enough on both ends. If you turn on remote start you can turn on your ps4 using the vita from anywhere. It takes a little while to get used to controls but it works well. I purchased the vita for a trip I took for the remote play it worked great. And if your old enough to remember Duke Nukem 3d its the free PSN game having a blast playing the retro shooter

haha nice, you have any link to a page that explains how to make it work? that would be very helpful.
-
I dont but its as easy as linking a Bluetooth headset. Under settings on ps4 should be remote play, and remote play is just a app on the vita. Once you paired them its just a matter of turning on the app

I'm no tech guy myself and it is hard for me to understand what to do but I'm determined to get it to work! PSNkenny has been very helpful but i've spend a few hours and still no luck but IT WILL WORK!
-
what's the hard part to make it work? I mean I don't have a vita yet but I have read it is a bit complicated,

Edited by xholeex: 1/12/2015 1:08:58 AMWell the hard part is... getting it to work as it still hasn't worked for me away from home. You'll have to set up port forwarding which at first was hard to get my head around but there's enough guides out on the net to make it easy to do but I'm not sure I fully understand it hahaha

You can remote play over two different wifi networks, but you might need to tweak your routers ports.

holy crap! what if I use data from my iPhone? is it hard to make it work? I have unlimited data that's why I'm interested in using that, sorry for all the questions I got excited haha

If it's 4g: go for it, but always check the fine print on tethering
-
yeah it is 4G, I have used it sometimes on my ps4 when wifi is slow.

Edited by Iucidium_1982: 1/10/2015 7:19:30 AMIs your data 4g? Not just the phone. I don't even think they're is such a tariff with unlimited 4g If it is, go for it!

Data wont have a strong enough bandwidth. You could probably check vendors and bounties, but gameplay would be too laggy.
