I get the no trading this I do.. it so sucks but I get it. The game would be so inundated with gear that nothing would be worth anything and no one would feel happy about grinding to get gear. In essence what's the point in playing? If this game was more FF14 like, it actually had a story and would huge and immersive then trading would make sense. As it is this is a small game and starting a loot system right now would not make sense. However I do think the loot generator needs to be fixed. I get giving lower level people items that will help them be better but come on.... I am tired of seeing people that do squat in strikes and crucible get purple and exotic engrams while those that do well get squat. Perhaps putting a dps bar somewhere and rewarding people for the damage they do would help? I dunno...

  • If you only rewarded the best PVP or PvE players no one would play. All players have a chance to get good loot at the end of a match. The completely random nature is what keeps casual players playing in crucible. It give players incentive to run Nightfalls and raids. The best players dominate in crucible. They earn more marks and more exp. The best PvE players start making friends and it's easier to run raids as a group. I have carried lower level guardians through nightfalls and they sometimes get the exotic weapon. I will get energy. RNG is gambling. Either be happy about rolling the dice or don't play the game.
