What if it is some kind of item that is designed to be dismantled in order to get something else? Say a present that has an RNG to be dismantled into an item?

So basically 10% of the community ACTUALLY gets a gift, because they were the ones that got lucky with the RNG item? I doubt they would do that. I think the gift will be the same for everyone, but it will benefit some people and not others.
