Quick question regarding special order vendor/others
Does the special order vendor's stock ever change, or does it stay with certain items all the time? (by special items, I mean things like the DLC sparrow and emblems gotten through codes) I'm also wondering about a vendor I've heard called the "research assistant". Does this one exist?
