Post 2014 Christmas Lizard Squad Network Connection Error - INCREASED errors!!

Ok, I had issues prior to the 2014 Lizard Squad PSN attack, but not nearly to this level of issue. I'll try to be as informative as possible, so that Bungie and my Destiny Peeps experiencing the same issues can share/comment back to Bungie to hopefully hone in on these issues. Xfinity.comcast.net as internet provider (Southeast U.S.) Here's the skinny: (2) PS4 systems in-house - Both utilizing Wi-Fi (~66-72% signal strength); - Issues seen: - Baboon, Weasel, Anteater, Canary, etc. (probably more than I can recall now); - All issues seen at random times, from Patrols, Strikes, Raids, etc. while playing with Friends form Brazil/Mexico/England/Scotland/U.S.-TN/KY/TX/GA/NY/NJ/PA/more - Roster shows connection as a strong GREEN, but ranges down to red from time to time. - Network test on PS4 ranges from download speed of about 35Mbps down to 976kbps (BAD!!!). - Both systems typically experience issues non-simultaneously, but can experience simultaneous d/c issues. relocated the router to more local Wi-Fi (100% signal strength) - Same issues continue as listed above. New Actions: 1) After 5-6 d/c's during VoG raid, while on both systems with kids, I removed the Wi-Fi and went old school direct cable for a more reliable signal strength. 2) Router reconfigured according to recommended Bungie network tweaks for Ports 80, 443, 1935, 3478-3480. 3) PS4x was issued a static IP for its MacID (just for S&Gs....and to try one thing at a time and compare issues). 4) Restarted router to make sure new changes registered. 5) Restarted all networked devices restarted. - Issues continued with addition of more Canary/Cloudberry/etc. Tested network connectivity this morning via LAN Cable, both units tested simultaneously and resulted in ~32-35Mbps download and about 2.5-3.2Mbps upload. Just getting really frustrated with these d/c's....my friends know that I'm usually there to help whenever possible. With all of these issues, I just have to make the choice not to help much with so many d/c's impeding my supporting actions (especially during the raids, crucibles, etc.). Please help us with these issues Bungie.....my family enjoys the game, but this is really getting ridiculous and pushing us away. Of course, you already have our money for the game, so you really don't care if we leave! That's the nature of the gaming business from the consumer perspective.
