Try out the Polite Denial 0/1, Primed Big Sky Mk. 48, or Painted Big Chief Mk. 45
Slower Rate of Fire and lower Stability BUT...
Higher Impact and Range.
You'll be hitting 95's for precision damage. 2 headshots kill every time.

Wait, 2x 95 damage will not kill surely. It leaves the enemy with a sliver of health. That said still worth trying the Painted Big Chief as you'll get more assists / steal more kills due to higher damage, and 3 body hits will take them out.

The few times you don't score a kill, are due to an opponent with fresh health and a maxed armor stat. But many times, players will choose to sacrifice armor for agility or recovery, because in the Crucible the armor stat plays a negligible role in the amount of damage you can actually take. The difference between min and max armor is only about 10 points of shield. In a majority of firefights, your target is or has already begun taking some hits. If you leave them with a sliver of health, odds are you're about to pick up an assist. In either case, they're as good as dead once you set your sights on them.
Been wrecking faces since Iron Banner 1.0 with Timur's Lash. 94 Base impact, 48 Base Range. 7-round mag. With the introduction of reforging, I rolled arguably the most powerful legendary hand cannon in game, combining perks from both Fatebringer and Hawkmoon. Outlaw to increase reload speed on precision kills. Perfect Balance to improve stability, allowing for more accurate follow up shots. Luck in the chamber for a massive 137 crit or 81 body shot. (That's a crit as powerful as some snipers to the body) One of seven rounds comes out to a 14% chance of bonus damage (Hawkmoon with 3/13 is only about 23%, rather close) Overall, PvE or PvP, this weapon sits comfortably above its competitors.
