They want you to grind the marks makes you play longer to buy garbage from the vendors. Raid weapons are where it's at the vog ones are still awesome.

I've given up using marks for vanguard weapons, they all suck. I've been buying materials all week, I'll be doing that for the next couple of weeks too build up a nice backlog.
