I love Pulse Rifles... But they're unusable... I would gladly break one out, but they have bad damage, unnecessary perks (missing a shot fires a 4th shot so you can waste ammo while you're wasting ammo!), and almost none of them have useable clip sizes. Red Death and Bad JuJu (buffed) are the only commendable ones, and I'd rather use my Exotic Slot for Ice Breaker or Gjallarhorn. Bottom line: I can see why Pulse Rifles have no votes while I'm writing this.
