12 hours must be so bad there are people who have been down for 3 days. Suck it up they're trying their best to get this up for it's users. If this happened to your corporation would you just open the service up again for it to happen or would you investigate the situation to try and prevent it. For the last 3 days I've seen people bitch about how they cant connect and how pisses they are at sony. Try and put yourself in their position right now and stop trying to be that over taking customer that wants too much.
