So one of my friends is a titan defender, and I decided I would make my second character a titan also. Leveled it to 28 at the moment and realized something while talking to my titan friends...titans are pansies. Weaklings. Don't get me wrong, totally fun to play as but...their bubble shield. It is their safety blanket. Hunters don't have safety blankets, they get more crap to kill more stuff with. Warlocks have self res which -I guess- could be a safety blanket but...idk yet. FOR ANYONE ANGRY AT ME: this post is meant to be for fun and to start a fun conversation. I actually very much enjoy my titan. Opinions?

And your invisibility is what? A PUSSY BLANKET.

Titans need that safety blanket, generally titans are the ones that run straight into the firefight and face the majority of gunfire (shoulder charge....). From observation hunters generally play a little more distanced from the firefight and this would keep them safer from threat. I'm not saying all hunters play that way but from what I can see they are the ones mostly using assault rifles or scout rifles in crucible. Anyway if you want to talk about a safety blanket how about crouching and turning invisible....

I use my bubble as an offensive option most of the time (weapons of light paired with the blinding ability of Saint-14), but I like having a safe zone....mainly because I am literally in the middle of every firefight. There is nothing better than to charge onto a full battlefield and have leave nothing standing in a few short minutes. If you tried that with a Hunter, you would be looking at the black screen of death quickly.

I never use defender calss, titans are hard to play as at times, so its not MY fault that you decided to use the sheild

I enjoy using Striker more than Defender Now that I think about it, I never use the Defender class, unless I'm playing Crota's End
