Nightfall awarded me with Starfire Protocol, thoughts?
I've wanted a HotPF since I knew it existed at around week 2 after launch. Xur hasn't sold it and I always hope for a Nightfall drop.
This little gem drops instead.
Same perks, only difference is it lets me hold two fusion grenades instead of increased cool down during radiance.
Also, is similar looking to Praxic Fire, but blue with yellow designs and no chainmail. I'm pretty sad about the missing chainmail.
With all that said, and fact that I can't login to PSN to enjoy it, how would you compare the two? Should I be happy about getting it?

2 RepliesNightfall gave me two of the SP this week (I was on my Hunter for one of them, haha), so I levelled it up, just for fun. I went back to the HoPF, though. I dig the look and two grenades is nice, but the spam during Radiance is too good for me to pass up. Plus, it's not my favorite grenade, at all. I like it to jam minotaurs and the like but that's about all.

1 ReplyThe only lock exotic I'd take over this would be the obsidian mind (charges a nova bomb every 10 kills). I love double grenades (it is a bummer it doesn't stack to 3). I'm always wanting double plus ignite and this would let me do it. Great pull from rngesus! HotPF is great, but this new stuff is just too much fun!
