Weather or just some life period, it would be nice to see some of the old bounties that are run continuously actually have some effect on how the world interacts. Say for instance the one patrol mission on the moon where you are scouting an old guardian base. Well since it's probably been scouted hundreds of thousands of times lets retire that bounty and actually turn it into some type of npc outpost.
