I have 3 or 4. Haven't used one yet and have no need to use one. Unless your new to the game they're useless

Agreed. I don't care that they have them in the game, doesn't affect me. But to say it's working perfectly is false. You need commendations for only 2 vanguards armor pieces, after that they're pointless. And ya, there are vanguard guns to buy but i usually just wait for drops now and spend my marks on upgrade materials anyways.
