The police have the right and responsibility to defend themselves. If someone points a weapon at them, then they can and should react. It's unfortunate that this happened in an already tense area. These particular flames don't need any more fuel.

  • Well its like this. 1st off we don't have all the facts yet. But if the story is true about this teen pointing a gun at a police officer then you have to be prepared for what happens next. Now had this teenager not had a gun then it's another story. Best thing to do is keep out of harms way. If your around drama then expect drama to follow you. Trust me, I would know being born n raised in North Philadelphia but recently moved to Charlotte to raise my kids and put them in a safer environment.
