Mass effect is my favorite game trilogy I ever played. The story, unique characters you come across. I think bungie could learn a lot of mass effect. I'm just curious to see how many people have played mass effect now play destiny.

i want to kno wat the next ME is about so fvckin bad. theres been no real news
-
I love it! I probably got around 1200 hours into the trilogy.
-
I've been wanting to do a run through of all the games + all of their DLC for a while now (I've never touched the DLC for ME3), but there is a problem... ... it seems there is a high chance for a HD remaster of Mass Effect Trilogy, and I sure as shit don't want to go through 80+ hours of all 3 games, only to find out by the end, there will be a remake coming out in 2015.

Edited by WickedWahine808: 12/24/2014 9:42:42 AMI love ME, all of them. Each character, voice acting, dialogue was awesome, totally immersive. Destiny is not that kind of game at all. You are the main protagonist and the legend. Well, I'm not amazing enough to be my own role model lol.I need a hero or at least someone who inspires me. But seriously, Destiny brings a lot of new features, it has great mechanics, beautiful environment and awesome music. If Bungie hadn't been so pretentious about their glorious epic non existing story, I would not have been so disappointed. I found the writing dismal, almost disturbing at times and I wish only the music could have been the narrative. Much better than the words spoken in the game. Destiny is a great game for a certain type of gamer, they tried to rally everyone, mixing features from genres other than FPS, and I don't think that worked very well, at least not for me. Way too much mindless repetition. Edit for atrocious grammar...

Yup. Loved having alllllll those choices across 3 games boil down to the same 3 ending choices no matter what.
-
Yarp... from front to back three times over. One of the Greatest Trilogy's in gaming history for me. I was kind of hoping Destiny would relate or be similar in some small kind of way but of course it doesn't come close.
-
Ive played all 3 and now I play ME3 Multiplayer
-
That's the reason I started playing destiny, I beat all 3 mutiple times. Destiny will do till me4 comes out!
-
I love mass effect. I thought shooting up saren on his lil hover board thing was hilarious though. I liked the whole series. Anyone else here accidentally waltz up to the first exploding canister and shoot it thinking there's an item in it? Died instantly.,,like..wtf!? I later on let 2 different brothers of mine try the first game out on different days. Each of them did the same exact thing. Shit was hilarious.

Best space battle cutscene in a game imo.
-
Played through all of the games. I think any game series could learn from ME to be honest. It is widely regarded as one of the best series around, meaning they are doing stuff right.

No u!

Edited by Master Chief: 12/24/2014 1:35:42 AMPlayed all three games all the way through at least twice

I can still hear the load music and ship sounds from the first one.....-blam!-ing awesome game series - best ever??
-
Loved it. One playthrough for each class (so 6 I believe). Loved it way too much.
-
Hell yeah. Amazing games. I was also a big fan of the Deus Ex series.
-
I saved Kaiden because he was my bro, then I -blam!-ed him on accident. I was just trying to be nice!!!
-
One of my favorites also. The co-op portion of Mass Effect 3 was a blast, I might have to go back and revisit it.
-
Hell yeah, I friggin loved it. I didn't appreciate how ME3's ending, as well as ME3 itself pushed aside all of our series choices, but whatever. That series was so fun.
-
Mass Effect was the pinnacle of story-telling in games. Enough said.
-
Played all three games so many times, the number has to be in the low/mid 100's.
-
-blam!- yeah they need to remake them for ps4
-
Right here.. It is my favorite series of all time on any system, mainly because the story. Id buy the trilogy five times for no reason haha. Love Mass Effect 2 the most hands down and loved the shooting in it too. A lot of people question me when I say that, but there was just something about dismantling a robot limb from limb with a mattock that was just too enjoyable. I'll probably hop on the 8th gen bandwagon once the new Mass Effect come out.

Completed all 3 at least twice! Love the game :) had tali as shepherds love interest. If only destiny was half as interesting!
