I've been killed by SUROS Regime far more often than by any other weapon. It's so good it edges out every other assault rifle for those that have it, and just for good measure it also edges out pulse rifles and scout rifles. It's so good that if you have it, there are only a handful of other guns--two, maybe three--that make any sense at all to use. It needs higher recoil and lower stability, or it needs lower impact. EDIT: There are a couple of typical responses so far. "You're just bad in the Crucible": You can check my profile, here or on Destiny Tracker. With my main, I have a 1.13 k/d overall and a 1.29 on Clash (my preferred game mode). I'm not particularly great, but I reliably contribute to my team, so I feel comfortable asserting that the problem isn't that I just suck. "You're ruining the game": Yes, asking for a balance change to [i]one[/i] weapon is indeed going to ruin the game, whereas problems with progression, high cost of DLC relative to the amount of new content, ever-multiplying currencies and new content gates, etc. are just fine. "You're killed by it a lot because it's popular": Okay, sure. But [i]why[/i] is it popular? There are other weapons, even exotic weapons, that are popular in PVE and that lots of people have access to. Why do people still pick SUROS Regime over those other choices? EDIT 2: "Shut the bLAM!
