What about the type of guardians you bring in?
Pahnin-Hunter,
Praedyth- Hunter?,
Osiris-Warlock,
Kabr- Titan,
and 2 others.
(perhaps it requires 2 of each class, as someone else mentioned. I believe this could have something to do with unlocking the vaults next secret.)

Who where they? what where their classes?
Bungie did say somewhere that the vault is a LOCK and the right combination of guardians will be the KEY.
One of the only things I remember about them and the vault before release.
Obviously not a reference to difficulty, as any classes at any number could clear it.

Has anyone tried killing Atheon, and then making their way back to the beginning? I know you can reopen the door to his chamber....But I don't know if there would be a way to make it back past the disappearing blocks...

I think one of the two you're missing is Toland. He has an exotic bounty and the shadow price auto rifle is an item he "left behind" according to lore.

I've never tried any of these theories, but I do find them interesting. If I were to add a suggestion to possibly finding anything hidden (if anything exists) - it seems like there should be 2 of each class, 1 of each subclass 2 warlocks (1 sunsinger, 1 voidwalker), then 1 of each subclass of the other 2 classes.

Kabr might be referred to in the first fragment "mystery". The way the entry is worded almost feels like Kabr post-relic creation. There are a ton of clues in what limited story the cards give us, however I feel like these expand the story in a grand way. Maybe the lack of back story has more to do with puzzle solving then we give it credit for. It's starting to sound plausible that we were meant to read into the limited information we are given in order to unlock the future and past events. Does anyone wonder why Rasputin won't cooperate with the tower? I feel it has a huge part in what will soon become destiny 2. Even trying to decipher what information we have makes me excited.

What if you had 2 of each class and then each two would be a different subclass, as follows: Sunsinger Warlock Voidwalker Warlock Bladedancer Hunter GunSlinger Hunter Striker Titan Defender Titan Any thoughts?

Make sure each player has a different raid primary/secondary/heavy equipped. Also only raid armor and raid ship, raid sparrow, raid shader and raid mark.

That is a pretty good theory, there is also mention of the mythoclast being some sort of key to something. There are so many variables that could come into play.

Yeah I know that it was a glitch, I didn't know it was all pulse rifles.. There has to be something else to find in there.

That's true, it seems like someone would have more information by now. I know that I still want Fatebringer, maybe even the raid weapons could have something to do with it. Makes me wonder why Praedyths timepiece was able to shoot though knight walls. Like they were trying to make it do one thing and it had an unintentional benefit.. The name only seems to hint to something.

Timepiece isn't unique in that. ALL Pulse Rifles were shooting through Knight shields. They patched it. Unfortunately, that one was a glitch, not a feature. :^(
