Improvements and Solutions for Destiny just in time for the Holidays!

Iron Banner Improvements/Changes- Many like myself see very little reason to compete in the Iron Banner other than to gain some experience for my weapons and armor by turning in bounties. I have a few ideas that would really shape that event up and make people chomping at the bit to get gear from it. I'll hit first on the armor. Each time the Iron Banner has been given to us, Bungie has changed the level of the armor and this most recent time also the weapons. Why would anyone work for their armor if the level will just change so frequently? I understand that came with the new DLC launch, so we'll forgive you there Bungie. There should be a reroll for your armor or an upgrade like with the Exotics and Xur. This would resolve that issue entirely whenever you decide to raise the level cap for players. My other hit on the armor is that it should be far more beneficial to use in the Crucible than raid gear or any Vanguard gear. Make it player versus player (PVP) specific and give us perks that are for the sole purpose of taking down other guardians and the capture of objectives faster. Make the regular Crucible armor go up to it's 31 light level (33 light) as usual, but make the Iron Banner armor go up to 32 light level (36 light). It's a pvp event in which you must work harder to defeat other Guardians and where winning is everything so the reward should be higher than a regular Crucible. I want to have to gear up for Crucible by putting on my Crucible armor, grabbing my weapons for it, and putting away my Vanguard or Raid gear. Keep the distinction between Crucible style armor and Vanguard armor separate and throw a few new perks our way. No more resetting our reputation levels though. Instead make us work to gain reputation for that higher ranking Iron Banner armor and weapons. You could keep a set of level 31 Iron Banner gear and continue to roll those in the matches as random rewards. Make the level 32 stuff as highly beneficial as Raid gear, but specifically for Crucible style matches. I'd grind like crazy with my team to get that armor and those weapons. The rewards in Iron Banner must be worth the effort and I hope you use this idea. I want to see my friends just as thirsty for Crucible wins as they are in Raid victories.
