What's the point of Vault of Glass now?
This is a serious question. Outside of the Vex Mythoclast, I can't see a reason to waste time in there. Ascendant materials are not that much useful anymore, raid armour and weapons are outclassed by vanguard & faction gear, I fail to see a very good reason to do it. Maybe just for fun but then it's a chore to find 5 other players who want to go for it just for fun when they could be doing other things.

1 Reply...faction gear still requires ascendant materials last I checked. Faction weapons still require ascendant energy... Unless you have a bunch of extra legendaries lying around, VoG is still the best way to farm those ascendant materials.
