I base my weapons on their perks, if there was a good pulse rifle worth having I would definitely go for it but so far I seen none, so that's the problem. don't get me wrong I used to hate scout rifles, I actually was about to dismantle my vision of confluence but I gave it a shot and I immediately regret it by the auto mode, I tried the timepiece pulse rifle, I tried man trust me but it's so bad even tried other pulse rifles same results.
