Terrible Titan Exotics

I suspect this topic won't receive much attention, and even if it does it'll probably be looked over, but I want to talk about certain gear in this game that goes to a certain class. I'm talking about the Titan and its Exotics. The Titan is the class I enjoy using the most because I don't really care for magic or flashy knife tricks; I just want to aim my weapon at enemies and pull the trigger. Now, the Titan itself is underwhelming in many ways, but I'll save that for another thread; what I would like to talk about now is its underwhelming Exotics. All of the Titan's Exotics, when compared to the other classes' Exotics, are terrible. I don't want to throw this out there without giving some substance to my claim, so, let me tell you why the Titan's Exotics are so terrible, and why Bungie should rectify these problems. Let's start off with the worst, shall we? Glasshouse is an Exotic Helmet that extends the duration of Blessing of Light and Weapons of Light. Do you know by how much? I'll tell you: five seconds. That is five seconds longer that you have to run from your Ward of Dawn into the foray of enemy fire to deal damage. Or, maybe it's so that when WoD, an abbreviation of Ward of Dawn to speed this up, disappears, you have five seconds longer to hold on to your precious overshield or damage buff before it's gone. Five seconds: that is the power of the Titan's Exotics. No Backup Plans gives exactly the same buff that Glasshouse does: five seconds added to the duration of Force Barrier. An Insurmountable Skullfort provides you with a perk that, by itself, is already underwhelming: Transusion. Its description reads: "Improved Transfusion," but there is no such improvement, it is the exact same as the Transfusion provided by the perk. For what? So you can select Aftershocks or Headstrong? Is that the power of Titan Exotics, that I don't have to select an underwhelming perk, I can just equip it at the low, low cost of an Exotic? That's just as bad as Helm of Inmost Light. Armamentarium slides an additional grenade, yet Sunsingers can do that exact same thing without equipping an Exotic. Y'know, I think I've complained longer than the amount of time I've been given to complain. Please, Bungie, if all you were to do this Holiday season is give Titan's Exotics the buffs they sorely need, I, and the Titan community, would forever be grateful. TL;DR: Titan Exotics are bad and they need a buff, now. - Sincerely, a Titan (P.S: I also have a Warlock and a Hunter, all of whom are 31.) (P.S.S: For some reason, when people click on my profile, they see, "This account hasn't played Destiny," and everyone suspects I'm a troll because of this. If this could be fixed I'd be eternally grateful for that, too.)

Not sure if you're trollin' here but allow me to enlighten you and share my thoughts. I'll agree with you in the fact that those exotics listed with the exception of armatarium are all pretty sub par. However I'll now list the 5 exotics you will ever need. 5) Crest of Alpha Lupi - handy chest but situational, good in skirmish matches and raiding, quick revives and extra orbs for your fireteam. Throw on the defender perk for extra orbs and watch them spill out. 4) The Armamentarium - Double grenade + the discipline to go with it. Grenade spam. You say warlocks get two grenades by default. So? We are titans, we don't need 2 grenades, most of the time. 3) Helm of Inmost Light - Best exotic for strikers. Nuff said. If you need an explanation as to why then you need to switch to a #canttakeahitgrenadespammingsunbrowarlock 2) Ruin Wings - Say bye bye to heavy weapon synth's. Plus they look awesome. And the number 1) slot goes to: 1) Helm of the Saint-14 - The utility of this piece of armour makes it unbelievable. Blinding bubble for you and your fireteam buddies to hide in when thrall are swarming you, capture control points either defensively or offensively, pro revives. The list goes on. Not to mention how quickly it recharges your super when killing enemies of the darkness. Oh yeah, it also gives you a -blam!-ing badass looking Mohawk. So there's my retort to your claims about exotic armour needing a buff. I disagree with you as you've only listed half of them and the underwhelming half at that.
