Is this a statistic on including sexual couples or does it factor in people who do not have sex as well?

If not, then the survey likely only interviewed a few thousand people at the most, which could give an inaccurate result. If you're legitimately worried about a statistic from an Internet copypasta then I suggest looking up the [u]median[/u]. It is less skewed by outliers.
