Dude I've been playing since day one!! Didn't get my first legandary stuff till last week I hit level 28 !! In the last week I've got 5-legandary gear,1 excotic gear, and 4- legandary guns so keep at it !! It will eventually fall for you just got to wait til your next in line . That how it seems to work out in this game

nope not really its all random this means there is no line, no really earned reward, All it has is just hard as nails drop rates then another drop check after that at rahool. My last 4 purp weapon engrams turned in to 6 shards ( shard are useless now ) and 2 energy. Its like waiting in line and people behind you getting to go in before you. This is why RNG based games never last.
