Iron banner weapon reset.
I reset my jolders hammer and timurs lash thinking I would get the new damage rating for them but all the did was reset them back to 248/300, wtf.

It's a huge bummer that the reforging only clears the progress and changes the bonus upgrades. I worked so hard to get to level 5 and buy the scout rifle, take the time and resources to fully upgrade it, only for it to be obsolete 2 weeks later with the new content. Super upset.
