what the -blam!- is going on with Strikes??

I just gave up after attempting 9 Roc strikes. All except 1 I had to abandon because of moronic -blam!-ing pricks sitting or standing idle at the start of levels. It's reached unbearable levels now. I reported most of them and squashed a couple.

How long are they standing there for before you get all pissed and leave? I hope you give them at least 2 mins. ...I know I'm never ready at the start of the strike rearranging load out cause I thought I had more time in orbit on way, deleting unwanted shit from previous strikes, take a leak at loading screen get held up by my son, grab a snack, shake a fart or 3 out in another room, etc. On a serious note tho, sometimes random unexpected shit happens tho like you spill a drink, that phone call you've been waiting for finally comes, someone's at the door like the pizza delivery dude, dog shits/pukes on floor, your girlfriend/wife/boyfriend/husband/mom/dad/kid needs you to do something that can't wait at that exact moment, your stomach is acting up and you let a lil hot fart out out only to realize a little poo came out too AKA emergency. Sometimes shit happens (literally and figuratively) man that you weren't expecting, sometimes it happens right down your leg. Always give a minute or 2 to that person just for the benefit of the doubt. It's not like you can't do the strike with 2 ppl or solo for a few mins. I've reported ppl prematurely before for not moving within like 40 seconds of the strike beginning, only for them to be really chill, cool, great communicator/teammate, and nothing short of amazing at the game. I've also reported someone about a 45 seconds into the beginning, only to get a frantic voice message 30 seconds after reporting them, where you could tell something happened that needed immediate attention, and they even took the time to apologize while explaining why they were gonna be afk for a few mins. Had a guy go afk in beginning of archon preist strike, came back mid fight on archon (noone had died) so this dude trekked from wherever he got moved to during our progress, all the way to archon preist. He hopped on to strike channel, apologized like 20 times saying he's sorry amd hope we didn't report him as his cat must have knocked over a candle on to his living room carpet and started a mini fire behind him. He only knew cause he could smell shit burning. He put it out and came back to finish and said after the strike he was gonna clean it all up. Just be careful and shoot that person a message, invite them to a party, or jump in their party to see what's up. Edit: stealth ) add
