So is this a common bug, exotics from vog chests or boss fights not rolling the new expansion stats? i didnt even notice till just now i just assumed it would have the 331 max attack rating or what have u but its only 300. I lost it when i found this, but now im not pulling my hair out but its frustrating considering i believe xur offered the upgrade to 331 for it last weekend :( i literally fell asleep when i was gonna buy it when xur sold TLW and have been kicking myself for it ever since lol Im just hoping if this isnt common knowledge this get noticed so itll hopefully get fixed asap so others dont have to suffer this fate :P I highly doubt this weapon was meant to cap at 300 in xpac when all other exotics have 300 atk pre xpac... any thoughts?
