Some combos maybe, most wouldn't be game breaking if it was PvE only.
-
Yeah, it would. Imagine starfire protocol+claws of ahamkara. That's touch of flame(extra grenade damage) with two grenades AND two melees. And that's only two exotics. The list goes on
-
You can have two grenades plus the 2 melees from the claws without wearing starfire.

Edited by Ted the Dragoon: 12/20/2014 10:32:17 AMNo extra perk for grenade dmg tho
-
That wouldn't be THAT gamebreaking tho, as fusion nades deal extra damage when you stick someone anyways
-
Well the OP was talking about PvE. I would say double overshields stacked with extra damage from two grenades would be pretty overpowered, I feel like all I would do is melee and nade at that point But to be honest this will never happen
-
I don't think it'll ever happen too. Maybe with weapons - in pve only - as the most exotic weapons aren't really outperforming the legendaries.
-
But even with weapons, a mythoclast+ice breaker+gjallarhorn would make the game stupid
-
Yeah that's true.. I was thinking about some of the weaponcombos after i wrote that comment and i disagree with myself now xD even tho it would be fun to just blast thru most of the content with friends all wielding a combo like that :)
-
It would definitely be fun. Probably just as much fun as a crucible game with unlimited supers. Probably just as likely to get produced, too.
-
Like I said, some combos could be game breaking but others like say Knucklehead Radar and Young Ahamakara's Spine are nowhere even close to game breaking.
-
Okay but if they allowed multiple exotic use, it would break the game because there would be those people using endgame combos. Sure there would be shit combos, I just don't see it ever happening
-
What I meant was that certain combos wouldn't be allowed.
-
Then what's the point in the first place?
-
Because there are a lot of combos that would be ok. But really, like someone else said a cosmetic armor system would be what I'd like to see. That way I could wear some of the cool looking armor and keep the stats from other gear.
-
Yes, a 'transmogrify' feature similar to in Diablo 3 would be ideal.
