This is my old account that got hacked. I am using this because it was already registered with Bungie but my new account is just made today is banned and I have not even played yet, I went out and bought the game again and have not even played.

If you are playing on a hacked console, then the console may be banned. If you are using a shared console ID, then someone else may have caused the console to be banned.
